Settings -> Battery -> Battery Optimizer -> All Apps-> Select Beacon , click "Not Optimized" -> Hit "Done"

The application takes advantage of all possible sensors on thedevice to obtain the most accurate location with the least impacton battery life. Even if the GPS on the device is disabled, theapplication is able to locate the phone.
So how does this work?
Simple. Install Beacon on the device you want to track. Fromthen on, you can use either a web browser or the Family Tracker appitself installed on your own device to locate your familymember.
Each device with Beacon installed has the option toautomatically update its location at regular intervals (from every1 min. to every 1 hour).
In addition to that you can always force a location update ofthe remote phone or tablet at any time. Just send them a StealthPing.
There are 2 ways to set up tracking a phone with ourapplication:
1. Having the application installed on both phones- yours andthe person you want to track.
2. Install the Beacon application only on the phone you want totrack and then use our website to track it, force location updatesand send free messages.
Beacon does not need to know your phone's cell number tofunction, as it does not send SMS messages for notifications. Itsends free Push Notifications to the device being tracked. Thesenotifications are free, specific to our Beacon application, andwork anywhere in the world as long as the device being tracked hasinternet access via the cellular network or WiFi.
