The BMW Mobile Assistance Program application allows BMWMAPtechnicians to receive and manage Roadside Assistanceservicerequests right on their phone. All the details needed toservicethe customer are displayed on the phone including:
•Vehicle Make, Model, Year and Color.
•Customer Name
•Customer Phone Number
•Service Requested (Tire Change, Fuel delivery, etc.)
•Disablement Location
Simple, one touch access to call the customer, getturn-by-turndirections, or update the status of the job. When thejob iscomplete, just press a button and it is stored in the jobhistoryfor easy retrieval and viewing.
