The products sold and used throughout the menu are carefullyselected and come from small artisan and organic food producersprimarily from Italy, France and Croatia.

Our coffee is roasted in Italy and lovingly prepared by trainedbaristas. We are as passionate about the quality of our coffee aswe are about the food that we prepare. We believe in healthy, homemade food and all our dishes are freshly prepared and based aroundseasonal products.

We also cater to gluten intolerant customers with our offer ofgluten free dishes, desserts and various products sold on site.
