Editorial Jusbaires tiene como objetivoeditar, divulgar y distribuir todas las publicaciones del PoderJudicial de la Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires.

Tiene un Consejo Editorial integrado por el Presidente delConsejo de la Magistratura, los Presidentes de las Cámaras deApelaciones en lo Penal, Contravencional y de Faltas; y ContenciosoAdministrativo y Tributario; y el Presidente del Centro dePlanificación Estratégica.

Este Consejo Editorial garantiza que se respeten criterios deoriginalidad, interés público, calidad académica y rigorcientífico.

Cada uno de los libros será editado en soporte impreso ydigital, con la posibilidad de descarga a través dewww.editorial.jusbaires.gov.ar. Esta alternativa totalmentegratuita, se complementa con aplicaciones adaptadas a todos lossistemas operativos existentes, permitiendo acceder a los librosdesde computadoras, tabletas o dispositivos móviles, lo que amplíaal máximo su nivel de difusión.

Editorial Jusbaires facilita así el acceso a los ciudadanos alas normas, jurisprudencia y doctrina jurídica de la Ciudad deBuenos Aires; brinda a los abogados recursos de calidad para quecumplan eficazmente con su labor profesional; y posibilita a losMagistrados y demás miembros del Poder Judicial, divulgar susproducciones académicas para ponerlas a disposición delpúblico.
