C'est dans une maison historique du quartier millénaire,construitepar Stuart Church, un peintre et décorateur de renomméeayant vécuà Tanger, qu'ils ont choisi d'ouvrir leur restaurant,piano bar etterrasse.
Ils ont redonné vie à ce lieu scindé en trois espacesuniques.
