中華電信了解父母的需求，除了現有的HiNet健康上網(色情守門員及上網時間管理)做好孩子的電腦上網防護外，另外推出了「HiNet行動健康上網」服務。本服務除了幫孩子過濾手機上網不小心誤觸的色情、暴力、賭博、毒品、武器及自殺等不當網頁內容，讓孩子擁有乾淨的網路環境外；另針對手機APP軟體，本服務也可讓父母設定為禁用、或特定時段方能開啟使用，有效防止孩子沉迷網路，做好上網時間管理。

使用須知：
1.本服務APP須由HiNet寬頻申請者先申請成為管理者，並由管理者支付本服務APP之費用。
2.本服務APP使用前，管理者與使用者應充份溝通並取得同意使用本服務APP後，才下載、安裝及登錄註冊使用。
3.如管理者、使用者或其他第三人間因使用本服務APP而產生之爭議及訴訟，請管理者和使用者自行溝通、協調，圓滿解決，概與本公司無涉，本公司不負任何責任。
