KAYBEE Application แบ่งการทำงานออกเป็น 2 ส่วนนั้น คือ ส่วนของการตรวจสอบสินค้าละเมิดลิขสิทธิ์ และส่วนที่สองคือการแจ้งข่าวสารกิจกรรม ของทางเจ้าของ KAYBEE Application

ในส่วนที่หนึ่ง KAYBEE Application (SCAN)ไว้ใช้สำหรับป้องกันสินค้าละเมิดลิขสิทธิ์ โดยการใช้วิธีตรวจสอบ 2วิธี คือ
1. การตรวจสอบผ่าน scan QR code จะใช้ กล้องในการอ่านค่า QR codeที่ได้มา
2. การตรวจสอบผ่าน ใส่ text code จะใช้ แป้นพิมพ์ในการกรอกรหัส จำนวน18 หลัก
โดยรหัสที่ใช้ในการตรวจสอบนั้น ได้มากจากระบบที่คำนวณรหัสออกมาทั้งหมด 18 หลัก โดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มรหัสที่ได้และระบบป้องกันรหัสซ้ำกันในกรณีระบบคำนวณรหัส เป็นหลักล้านชุดก็ตามการตรวจสอบสามารถใช้ได้เพียงรหัสละ 1 ครั้งเท่านั้น
ขั้นตอนในการตรวจสอบ
1. เลือกหน้าต่าง "SCAN" หรือ "ตรวจสอบ"
2. จะปรากฎหน้าต่าง ให้เลือกวิธีการตรวจสอบ คือ "รหัสรูปภาพ" (QRcode) หรือ "รหัสตัวหนังสือ" (Text code)
3. ใส่รหัสตามลักษณะการตรวจสอบ
4. ใส่เบอร์โทรศัพท์สำหรับติดต่อกลับ
5. ปรากฎผลของการตรวจสอบ โดยแบ่งออกเป็น 4 สถานะ
5.1 สำเร็จลุล่วง
5.2 ไม่สำเร็จ เนื่องจากไม่มีรหัสที่ระบุไว้
5.3 ไม่สำเร็จ เนื่องจากรหัสหมดอายุ
5.4 ไม่สำเร็จ เนื่องจากรหัสถูกใช้ไปแล้ว

ส่วนที่สอง คือส่วนของการรับข่าวสารจาก KAYBEE Administratorที่ใช้ในการประกาศข่าวสารความเคลื่อนไหวของบริษัทให้ทางสมาชิกได้ทราบข่าวสารได้ทันท่วงทีผ่านหน้าต่าง ด้านหน้าสุด ที่จะปรากฏ latest news หรือต้องการทราบข่าวย้อนหลัง สามารถเลือกไปที่ (NEWS) หรือ หน้าข่าวสารเพื่อติดตามได้ตลอด 24 ชัวโมง
