You should use this application to help therelevantauthorities to schedule your vaccinations To pre-registerfor aCOVID-19 vaccination, please fill in the requiredquestionnaire sothat ministry of Health can gather informationregarding yourreadiness for a COVID-19 vaccination. Once you haveregistered,ministry of Health will contact you when it is time foryou to bookyour vaccination appointment.
