If you get the message "Log-in complete" but still cannot accesstheInternet, check that your username and password are correct.The appcurrently does not detect whether the log-in wassuccessful.
Some phones (such as Samsung phones) may automatically openyourinternet browser after connecting to Marquette's WiFi throughtheapp. Unfortunately, this behavior is built-in by themanufacturerand cannot be changed. The app will still log in asusual if it isre-opened.
If you are using a Samsung phone with Android 4.2+, the phonemaydisconnect from Marquette's WiFi after connecting and presenta"Sign in" notification. This is another built-in behavior.Thisproblem can be fixed by installing an app, such as "WifiPortalConnect".
