■払戻しのお申し出方法

1.アプリを起動後、[オプション＞返金フォーム]をタップ
2.必要な情報（銀行名，支店名，口座名義〔漢字/カナ〕，口座種別，口座番号，電話番号）をフォームに入力
■払戻し受付期間
2016年4月28日(木) 11:00 から、2016年6月27日(月) 11:00 まで
※当該期間内に払戻しのお申し出がない場合は、この払戻し手続から除斥されます。
払戻しの方法
所定の手続き終了後、お客様にご指定いただいた日本国内の銀行口座へ、株式会社enishより、日本円で残有償ダイヤ相当額を振込みいたします（※）。
※ 振込手数料は株式会社enishにて負担いたします

※ If you do not have your offer of refund within that period, itwill be disqualified from this refund procedure.
Method of refund
After a predetermined procedure end, customers in to yourdesignated our Japanese domestic bank account, than Ltd. enish, wewill transfer the remaining paid diamond equivalent in Japanese Yen(※).
※ transfer fee will be paid by the Corporation enish
