Promosso da Novamont e Lavazza, durante laDesign Weekmilanese e per tutto il periodo di EXPO, ilSustainability Hub –che inaugura il 13 aprile alle ore 18 -, è unaserra e uno spazioincontri realizzata in bioarchitettura dallostudio diprogettazione Arcò inserita nel contesto “green” diCascinaCuccagna a Milano.
Tramite l’applicazione e i beacons interattivi si potrannoaveredettagli informativi, approfondimenti e il calendariodelleiniziative previste nella serra e nello spazio workshop.Partnerdell’iniziativa sono la rete di Slow Food Italia,l’Università diScienze Gastronomiche di Pollenzo e il Dipartimentodi Architetturae Design del Politecnico di Torino.
L’applicazione, geolocalizzata e interattiva con ibeaconsinstallati nell’Hub, consentirà di avere un calendarioaggiornatosulle iniziative, sulle anteprime e sugli incontri oltrecheinformazioni sul recupero dei fondi caffè, sul ciclo naturaledidegradazione e compostabilità delle materie e sui principidellaBlue Economy, l’economia circolare che consente ilreinserimentodelle materie esauste nel ciclo produttivo naturale(per esempio,attraverso la trasformazione in compost).
