The Mobile Periodic Table is a mobileapplication for mobile phones with Android OS version 2.3. 6 andabove. The application gives its users the basic information suchas the symbol, atomic number, atomic weight, elements’ group numberand name, block, classification, discoverer, and some uses. It alsoprovides evaluation to test the user understanding in naming theelements and also naming some combination of elements. The proposedapplication does not require internet connection.

The system purpose is to provide the basic information that userwill usually look in a periodic table of elements.The system to bedeveloped is a mobile application for students who are takingchemistry subjects or any subject that needs periodic table. Theapplication to be developed is a mobile periodic table which is aneasy way of learning about elements in a periodic table. Theapplication has the following features: buttons (Periodic Table,Name that Element, Credits). Periodic Table Button has thefollowing buttons: (history, arrangement, view) allows the user toview brief history of the periodic table, arrangement of theelements, and the periodic table which has the option to be viewedeither in a list or table form.
