緊急度・重要度マトリクスのアプリケーションです。
緊急度・重要度マトリクスとは、緊急度と重要度の高低（計４エリア）でタスクを管理するTODOリストです。
端末の画面によっては４エリアの表示は小さく見えるため、左下のボタンで１エリアのTODOリストに切り替えられます。
