메뉴박스 서비스는 기존에 전화 주문에 의존하던 배달음식 주문을 온라인 쇼핑몰에서 상품을 구매하듯이 원하는 메뉴를실시간으로 주문하고 신용카드, 휴대폰 소액결제 등으로 결제할 수 있도록 구성된 서비스 입니다.

이때 해당 상점은 당사에서 제공하는 상점용 어플리케이션을 통해 실시간으로 주문을 접수하거나 혹은 접수거부를 할 수 있도록되어 있습니다.
상점에서 주문을 접수했다면 배달이 실시간으로 가능한 상황이오니 안내에 따라 결제를 진행하시면 됩니다. 결제가완료되어야 해당 상점에 주문서가 최종 전달 되며, 결제를 주문 접수 후 15분 이내 하지 않으면 주문은 자동으로취소됩니다.
주문 및 결제가 완료되면 기존 전화 주문과 마찬가지로 상점에서 실시간으로 배달을 해드립니다.
주문 및 결제가 완료된 이후에 주문을 취소하실려면 해당 상점으로 전화 요청을 해주셔야 합니다. 해당 상점에서취소처리가 가능하다면 최대 24시간 이내에 주문 취소 및 전자 결제 승인 건 또한 취소해 드립니다.
