※ 사건조회/벌과금조회/통지서조회 서비스를 이용하기 위해서는 반드시 PC기반의형사사법포털(www.kics.go.kr)에서 회원가입 및 공인인증서를 등록하신 후, 등록하신 인증서로 로그인 하셔야합니다.
※ 전자약식 사건 (음주 및 무면허 운전으로 단속된 후, 전자적 사건 처리에 동의한 경우)은 모바일을 통해 사건 조회 및벌금 조회만 가능하며, 전자약식 약식명령등본은 PC에서만 조회할 수 있습니다.
※ 개인정보 보호 및 보안사고 예방을 위하여 루팅한 스마트폰을 이용하거나 스마트폰에 USB를 연결한 경우는 서비스 이용에제한이 있을 수 있습니다.
