Description

But there's a huge difference in AutobotsvsDecepticons Battle are completely different experiences.
Pick the Autobots version, and you'll follow a mission arc thatfitsthe "good guys."
On the Decepticons side, you'll be playing the bad guys whodon'tcare what happens to the pesky earthlings.
Though both titles feature the same core mechanics, game engine, andvisual style, everything else is independent.
Each game has its own characters, its own perspective on themovie'ssituations, its own missions and its own conclusion.
Even though you may think that separating the production intotwoversions might be an example of "milking a property,"
it doesn't feel that way in the final product -- each game isafull-length,
unique experience with enough going for both versions to justifythedouble trouble...and, almost, the double dip.
There's really no debate that the DS doesn't exactly have thesame"oomph" under the hood as even the last generation of consolegamesystems
-- so to expect the same level of production as the console ontheDS wouldn't be fair. But it took on that challenge,
getting a similar "open world" design that Traveller pulled offonthe 360,
systems to the smaller game device. The effort isdefinitelycommendable, but the compromises are hard toignore.
DS gamers get a completely open world experience where they canromparound, climb buildings,
leap from rooftop to rooftop, zoom around in vehicle form, andjusthave fun kicking around cars, trucks, and trashcans.
There's plenty to do in both versions of Transformers, likepickingup object and throwing them, or uprooting poles and usingthem asweapons.
But Autobots vs Decepticons Battle's a bit light on theatmosphere-- environments are rather bare and lack detail,
but it's obviously more a limitation of the DShardware'scapabilities.
Transformers also suffers from obvious "we need to get it outbeforethe movie, damn the bugs" syndrome,
and right from the start we've had issues with the gamestartingwith a glitch where the lead transformer's first vehicleformrefused to carry over to the first mission...
so you'd drive around as some unrecognizable blob with thecamerahaving a hard time trying to figure out how to display suchaform.
The camera also loves to get sucked into airborne vehicles --asignificant number of missions had to be aborted after backingtooclose to the camera and getting it stuck inside the 3Dmodel.

Assassin s Warrior Creed Combat 2 APK
Stella X Labs
The sense of sci-fi wonder that permeatedtheconsole release is noticeably absent from this prequel. The story is a pure, straightforward chase-the-artifactadventurethat wouldn't be out of place in a Raider or Indianatitle.Chronicles' holy grail is a mysterious chalice, and while itservesits purpose as a plot catalyst, there's nothing very interesting about Altair's tale. The narrative plays out via dialogue texts that convey justenoughinformation to keep you up to speed, and is thus missing the metaphysical, morally ambiguousramblingsyou may have expected.Altair is reduced to a generic hero in ancient garb, which maybefine for Assassin s Warrior Creed Combat fans but won't be ofmuchinterest to those new to this game universe.Yet in spite of its generic characters and wooden script, you'llstill glimpse a little magic here and there, as fleeting asit canbe. The art design is quite nice, featuring soft, earthy hues andsomenice details in the architecture.Altair himself often moves gracefully, and the climbing andrunninganimations are splendid.Others don't look nearly as good, and some jumps aremissingtransition animations completely, making it look like Altair is teleporting instead of leaping. On your travels you'll hear the commotion of crowds, the chirpingofbirds, and the snoring of sleeping guards, and while the same effects are replayed often, they still makethecities through which you travel feel organic.Combat noise gets to be grating over time, however, sinceyou'llhear the same grunts over and over again. The Arabian-themed soundtrack is similarly repetitive, butstillproperly dramatic. You'll spend the bulk of the game getting from point A to point Bbyjumping from rooftop to rooftop, climbing walls, andcrossingbeams. The clear-cut level designs keep platforming sequences frombeingoverly challenging, though they occasionally require some light puzzle-solving (pushafew boxes or pull a few levers)and trap navigation (look out--spinning blades!). They dosufferfrom some frequent annoyances, not the least of which is that you are often required to jump toaplatform that you can't see.Altair also has an annoying tendency to slide forward a bitafterlanding his jump--sometimes slipping right off the platformandinto death's cold embrace.Even worse, the camera will occasionally move to a positionthatdoesn't even allow you to see Altair, forcing you into even more guesswork. As a rule, the platforming works, but the general fluidness ofwhatyou see onscreen is never matched by similarlyslickcontrols.

Autobots War Transformers Attack 2 APK
Stella X Labs
When you first start the game, you'll watchashort video clip narrated by either Optimus PrimeorStarscream(depending on the version) that explains how Megatron, theDecepticon leader, came to Earth 100 years ago searching for something calledthe"Allspark,"and how both the Autobots and Decepticons have come to Earthtoreclaim the mysterious artifact.Key events from the recent movie are depicted, but the humanpointof view is notably absent. On the Autobots' side, you take orders from Optimus Prime and goouton missions that involve gathering information, escortinghumanvehicles,or stopping Decepticon raids. On the Decepticons' side, you'llanswer to Starscream and your missions will mainly involvecausingpublic destruction and stealing from fortifiedmilitarybases. Both games share three locations in common and have oneexclusivelocation. In the Autobots War Transformers Attack version, you'll shadowthemilitary's recovery of Megatron from the Arctic. In the Decepticons version, you'll take part in theDecepticonassault in Qatar. Also, each version has its own, uniqueending.A good way to describe the game is that it's Grand Theft Autowithgiant robots instead of mobsters. As the story unfolds, you'll find yourself in large 3Denvironmentscomplete with streets, buildings, traffic lights, andinnocent cartraffic. You can go anywhere you like on foot or in vehicle form, andyou'refree to climb up buildings, smash light poles, and throwcarsaround. In your vehicle form, nobody will take notice of you. However, if you roam around on foot or cause enough damage, robotsfrom the other side as well as military vehicles will takenoticeof you and attack with lasers and armor-piercingbullets.You can fight back with your robotic fists or dish out the painfroma distance with your own lasers and missiles.Reducing rival robots to rubble is satisfying, but the combatisalso very shallow. You have a few melee and weapon attacks, you can move out of the way of oncoming fire, and youcanjump--that's it.There aren't any power-up items to speak of either, apart fromthehealth-recovery orbs that exploding objects and robotsoccasionallyleave behind.CPU-controlled enemies also do a lousy job of avoiding yourattacks, although they generally have twice as much armor as youdo. When you get bored of fighting, you can transform into yourvehicleform and hide until the alert level goes back tonormal.
