アインお薬手帳 ～あなたとご家族の服薬管理アプリ～ 5.10
QRコード（＊１）読み取りでのかんたんなお薬情報登録で、お薬の効能や用法用量などをいつでも容易に確認できる上、飲み忘れ防止のためのアラーム設定や簡単なメモ書きも行うことができます。また、処方箋の画像を選択した薬局に送信することで、お薬の準備を依頼することができます。便利な機能満載の「アインお薬手帳」をぜひご利用ください。本アプリは（株）アインファーマシーズと（株）NTTドコモが共同開発したものであり、（株）アインファーマシーズと（株）NTTドコモの共同実験や（株）NTTドコモと東京大学の共同研究での知見が活かされています。なお、au、Softbank等ドコモ以外のスマートフォンでもご利用いただけます。●主な機能・おくすり手帳：手入力、保険調剤明細書に印字されたQRコード読み取り、アイン薬局店頭のFeliCaリーダライタを用いた薬剤情報の登録・服薬チェック：日々の服薬をチェックボタンでカンタン記録・体調メモ：日々の体調の変化に関するメモを記録・飲み忘れ通知：飲み忘れると設定時刻にお知らせ・薬剤情報検索機能：登録された薬剤名のGoogle検索（「薬剤名＋くすりのしおり（＊２）」のキーワードで検索）・複数人対応：ご家族など、１台のスマートフォンで複数人のおくすり手帳が管理可能＊１：JAHIS1.1に準拠したQRコードの読み取りが可能です。アイン薬局以外で発行された明細書に印刷されたQRコードを読み取り、「アインお薬手帳」に登録することも可能です。＊２：「くすりのしおり(R)」とは、くすりの適正使用協議会が運営する、病院で処方される薬の情報です。●便利機能・処方箋画像送信機能： 病院で受け取った処方箋の画像を選択したかかりつけ薬局に送ることで、薬局に行く前にお薬の準備を依頼することができ、待ち時間の短縮が図れます。・データお預かり機能： お薬手帳アプリに保存されている大切なお薬データ(利用者情報/お薬情報/服薬チェック情報など)をバックアップセンターに預けることができます。データを預けておくことで、スマートフォンの紛失時や誤って削除した際などにリストア※できます。※「リストア」とは、バックアップセンターのお薬データを、お薬手帳アプリに上書きして反映させることです。※データお預かり機能のご利用には、docomoID/パスワードが必要です。（無料。au、Softbank等ドコモ以外のスマートフォンでもご利用いただけます）【WM（わたしムーヴ）IDでデータお預かりをご利用の方へ】 ・アプリバージョン4.00以降も、WMサーバーに預けたデータのお受け取りは引き続きご利用いただけますが、新たにデータを預けることはできません。 ・引き続き本サービスにてデータをお預けいただく場合は、「docomoID/パスワード」が必要となります。処方箋画像を薬局に送信すると、薬局からのお薬の出来上がり通知を受け取ることができます。受け取りには、アプリの通知を「通知を許可する」設定にする必要があります。●ご注意事項・アプリをご利用される前にご利用規約をお読みいただき、ご同意された場合のみご利用ください。・ご利用の端末の設定時刻がずれていたり、地域設定が日本以外の場合に正常に動作しないことがあります。・当スマートフォンアプリのご利用は無料です。ダウンロード通信料は別途かかります。・当スマートフォンアプリは服薬管理の補助としてお使いいただくものです。・実際の服薬は医師や薬剤師の指示に従ってください。●対応端末Androidスマートフォン（Android 4.0以降。タブレット端末は除く）In QR code (* 1) simplemedicine information registration in reading, on which can beconfirmed easily, such as medicine of efficacy and usage dose atany time, to drink to forget can also be done alarm settings and abrief memo for prevention You.Also, it is possible to send to the pharmacy the selected images ofthe prescription, you can request the preparation of amedicine.Please use the "Ain medicine notebook" useful feature-packed allmeans.This application is intended Co.
