MyChart puts your health information in the palm of your hand andhelps you conveniently manage care for yourself and your familymembers. Epic Haiku 9.3
Haiku provides authorized clinical users of Epic’s ElectronicHealth Record with secure access to clinic schedules, hospitalpatient lists, health summaries, test results and notes. Haiku alsosupports In Basket access. Your organization needs to license Haikuand be on Epic’s 2012 version or later and will determine the exactfeature set and any applicable charges for your use of Haiku. Ifyou are unsure whether you can use Haiku, please contact youradministrative staff.
With Rover, authorized clinical users of Epic’s electronic healthrecord have secure access to tools for clinical review, medicationadministration, specimen collection, and other clinicaldocumentation workflows right from their mobile devices. Yourorganization needs to have licensed Rover and be using Epic 2014 ora later version to use the Rover app. The specific featuresavailable depend on decisions made by your organization. If youhave questions about whether you can use Rover or a specificfeature, contact the administrative or IT staff at yourorganization.
With Ukiah, project team members and system administrators oforganizations using Epic Haiku can preview upcoming developmentbefore it is released to clinicians. To use this application, yourorganization must either be live on or installing Haiku.Additionally, you must have appropriate administrator securitywithin your organization. If you are a clinical user of Epic Haiku,please be aware that you will not be able to access Ukiah. Insteadyou should download the current version of Epic Haiku from GooglePlay.
MyChart Bedside gives you and your family access to the sameinformation your doctors and nurses use to care for you while youare hospitalized, all available from your tablet. With Bedside, youcan: • View your health information, lab results, and plan for theday • See pictures and profiles of the team that’s caring for youand exchange messages with them • Review educational videos orcreate your own notes Bedside uses your hospital’s medical recordssystem to securely show you this information, so check with yournurse or doctor to see if the system supports it. If it does,someone at your hospital can connect your tablet and get youstarted!

Epic Authenticator 8.6
The Epic Authenticator app provides two-factor authentication foryour Epic electronic health record system. Two-factorauthentication makes your Epic credentials more secure by requiringanother step to verify that it's you when you log in. Periodicallywhen logging into Epic you'll receive a notification on your phone.Tap the notification to indicate that it's you and finish loggingin. In case you miss the notification, you can also log in bytyping in a temporary passcode displayed in the Epic Authenticatorapp. Your organization must set up Epic two-factor authenticationbefore you can use the app, and you'll need to enroll your EpicAuthenticator device in Epic.
