ForSight - Mutation Predictor 1.0.1 APK

ForSight is an app used for Biomedical Research that generatepredicted mutations generated from ForSight Architect (Desktoponly). It functions like ForSight Utility (for desktop).ForSightArchitect generates mutation rules from wild-type and mutantsequences, calculating the "rules" followed in the mutation. Theserules can then be applied to wild-type sequences or known mutantsequence to predict the subsequent sequence should the rule befollowed. It can be downloaded free fromhttp://tinyurl.com/ForSightArchitect ForSight Architect works onlyon MACS, Ubuntu, and Windows 7 and above. It will require Java SEenvironment.
