The service consists of three maincomponents: health news, self-help and work environment surveys.The self-help section is a further developed version of ascientifically evaluated system with proven beneficial effects onthe psychological and biological variables. The tool is based ontoday's collective knowledge and several years of research. Theservices are free of charge for individuals and groups of maximum25 people. Hourly rates will apply if consulting services areneeded. For larger groups operative and administrative costs willbe charged.The HealthWatch services are intended to provide possibilities forindividuals to promote their health development over time. At thesame time, we want to facilitate organizations and companies intheir efforts to systematically improve the work environment andpromote health through efficient, practical and easy-to-use tools.In a simple way, you can monitor variables such as health, stress,efficiency and job satisfaction for one or more groups, departmentsand sections over time. This makes it possible for companies to beproactive in addition to preventive and reactive measures.
