GymUp is a workout notebook for those who are focused on theresults and want to improve the effectiveness of their training.Choose a training program, record your results, monitor theprogress! Main features of GymUp: ★ RECORD TRAINING RESULTS Recordthe results of your workouts in a convenient and logical way.Supersets, trisets, giantets, as well as circular training aresupported.
