Joana started her first business at the age of 16 inEdo State Nigeria. She spent over 10 hours traveling by bus fromher campus in Auchi to Lagos (Nigeria) to buy clothes to sell onschool campuses. At age 19, Joana began several businesses fromfashion to acting in Nollywood (Nigerian film industry), todeveloping international projects after she migrated to Austria.Some of her ventures were the Na Wa film festival in Nigeriabringing together the UN and 6 EU countries.
