Mateline is the mobile app of Huawei OWS system which iscommittedto providing one-stop intelligent operaton andmaintenanceassistant for the engineers in network assurance andO&Mdomain. Receive and resolve work orders 1.Provide taskmodules toreceive work orders from the OWS server, includingcorrectivemaintenance, preventive maintenance, planned tasks, etcfor mobilenetworks and fixed networks. 2. Socialized collaboration,real-timereporting of task completion The maintenance engineerprocesses thetask in time according to the progress of the task,andcommunicates with the dispatcher online in real time,easilyinvolve engineers into a group chat, and the terminalsynchronizesthe task status, processing time, and location to theserver. 3.Information aggregation Support for SLA informationinquiry of workorders, site information inquiry, site maintenancehistory and soon. 4. Temporary offline data When the mobile phonenetwork isunavailable, the terminal system is offline, and thesystemautomatically stores task feedback information such astaskprocessing, location, and photos during the period to theterminal.When the mobile phone network is restored, the systemautomaticallysubmits the offline operation data information to theserver, andafter receiving the processing, the server notifies themobileterminal that the submission process has been completed.5.Feedback inspection and mission results When themaintenanceengineer performs preventive maintenance tasks, you canview theinspection items at any time and feedback the inspectionresultsthrough the mobile terminal, supporting for taking photosandscaning QR code. 6. New task reminder On the server side,accordingto the level of the corrective maintenance task, it ispossible toset whether the ringtone reminder is received when thenew task isreceived on the mobile phone. 7.SLA timeout reminderWhen themaintenance engineer has a task list with an SLA timeout,theMateline system sends a message to alert the maintenanceengineer.8.
