TEC Auto Test is an automated building and duct systemairtightnesstesting app for mobile devices. The TEC Auto Test appallows theuser to wirelessly connect with a DG-1000 or DG-700pressure gaugeto conduct an automated airtightness test of abuilding or ductsystem. The app will collect and store the requiredtest data fromthe connected gauge (and flow device), and along withmanuallyentered building and customer information, calculate anddisplaytest results in a PDF report. Project files can be geotaggedusinglocation services on your mobile device. The app creates PDFtestreports that can be viewed and exported using email orcloudsharing apps installed on your mobile device (e.g. GoogleDrive,Dropbox). Users can also export Project files that containall testand building data within the Project. Exported Projectfiles are ina XML file format. The app supports multiple airflowunitsincluding cfm, m3/h and l/s. TEC Auto Test is designed to beusedexclusively with testing equipment manufactured by TheEnergyConservatory (TEC). The airtightness test standards supportedbythis version of the app includes six building envelopestandards:ASTM E779 Multi-Point standard, RESNET 380 Multi-Pointstandard,RESNET 380 One-Point standard, ISO 9972 Multi-Pointstandard, andtwo variations of the CGSB 149.10 Multi-Point standard(both withand without EnerGuide modifications). In addition, theapp includesone duct leakage test standard: RESNET 380 Total DuctLeakagestandard. Features: • Wireless communication with a DG-1000gaugeusing either Bluetooth or WiFi. • Wireless WiFi communicationwitha DG-700 gauge along with a WiFi Link adapter. • Automatedfancontrol and data collection reduces operator error and ensuresthattests are conducted the same way every time. • Auto Testprovidesquality assurance by ensuring that tests are performedinaccordance with test standards and that test data (i.e.pressureand flow readings) is collected directly from your TECgauge andcannot be altered. • Project files can be geotagged andtimestamped to verify when and where the test was conducted. •Supportsboth building and duct system airtightness tests, andmetric andnon-metric units. • Calculates and displays test resultsin a PDFreport format that can be exported using cloud sharing appson yourmobile device. • Complete Project files (containing all testandbuilding data) can also be exported. Exported Project files areinan XML file format. • Contains multiple default test protocolsthatdefine the type of tests and code compliance/test settings thattheapp uses when conducting a test.
