Our efforts toward making V3i more user-friendly and accessible hasresulted in our improved app - V3i Service Request. From here userscan create malfunction reports or service requests directly fromtheir smartphone.The app is ready for use as soon as you enteredthe distribution name you want to work with.The app can read bothQR and bar codes and will automatically use the built in cameralight when lighting conditions require it.When creating a newmalfunction report or service request by scanning a QR or bar codethe app will download all the information about the chosen object.The user must only fill in their contact details in the "Who", anddescribe the malfunction or service in the "WHAT".When Malfunctionreport or service request is created the notifier to will receiveongoing notification of all changes to the errand by e-mail untilthe task is fully completed.

AV Mobile is a mobile interface to Avector system platforms, AVCore and V3i. Optimum utilization is achieved by combining themobile solution with Avector's planning tool that is a simple,flexible and easy to use tool to manage and distribute work orders.AV Mobile is especially designed for users / technicians workingwithin Facility Management. The app works equally well on-line asoff-line i.e. if you have mobile coverage or not and automaticallyrecognizes when conditions change and adapts to it. Changes interms of new jobs or work performed is synchronized continually inthe background and does not affect the primary work and ensuresthat you always have the latest information in the app. The base ofthe app is an equipment directory that contains all informationabout the objects to be maintained including photos and jobdescriptions. The user / technician will have their daily workpresented in the app either as a calendar or list view. Theassigned work will be very easy to understand and the user /technician can easily obtain information about the work inquestion. The user / technician can continually report back theirwork time without having to finish working and thus keep theirtimesheet continually updated. When the work order is finished, itcan be easily confirmed with time and expense of any material. Thework is typed in different categories that streamlines and improvesthe level of service to the client / notifier. As all changes canbe communicated to the notifier so they can receive a quick andcurrent status of their errand. Should it be necessary to enlistthe help of a colleague the work can be divided between severalresources, but the time and expense is collected in the same workorder. All accumulated and reported time is presented in a separateinterface in the app where the user can also add and edit theirreported time before it is marked ready. All the reported time isthen presented in a time module in the AV Core and V3i systemswhere the result, for example, can be used as a basis for payroll.In order to further facilitate efficiency, the app is equipped witha camera based bar or QR code scanner. This feature makes it easierto both; find the right object and the current tasks.
