The Event Management app replaces the traditional tickets forevents with NFC tags, QR codes and an app running on Androiddevices! The Event Management database was specially designed tohandle thousands of attendees at once. The app features fourdifferent types of functions: 1) Check-in / Check-out Used tocreate time records of attendees checking-in and out of the eventor even certain locations that have an entry/exit point. NFC tagsor QR codes may be used as scan-able tickets for the attendees. 2)Registration Registration can be used for on-site registration ofattendees or personnel (i.e. vendors). You can use either an NFCtag, or a QR code for the registration of the newly registeredperson. 3) Materials Materials option is used for accountability indistributing materials at an event to attendees. The user scans anattendee NFC tag or QR code and the material item(s) assigned tothat attendee will be populated on the screen (with the item(s)photo and information). 4) Attendee Search Attendee Search canenable users of the app at the event to search for an attendee byfirst or last name. The three-column search page has features whereyou can press and hold the call button of an attendee to initiate atelephone call with that person. Checking attendees in and out isas simple as scanning an NFC tag or using the camera on yourAndroid device to scan a QR code. Uploading attendees to EventManagements ginstr backend is easy and simple, with only a fewclicks of a mouse you can upload several thousands of attendees tothe database. The application is directed to the technicianorsales-technician and is intended to help the user in themanagementof assistance, inspection, maintenance, installation ortechnicalassistance for a particular product. During the service,you canenter all the data of the same (specifying whether itisinspection, maintenance, technical support or maintenance...),insert parts and attach photos. The entire master data isstored onthe device from the application itself, so will not bemixed upcustomers to the contacts on the phone. You can attach alist ofspare parts and, just for the plus version, load them intheconfirmation report directly from this. You can createaconfirmation report of the assistance to be signed and signedbythe customer; you can save the confirmation report signedonlythrough a screen-shot (volume down and power buttonsimultaneouslyfor 1 second, or power button and Home buttondepending on thedevice used). The agenda function displays the workcarried out andplanned by applying various filters display. You canmanage ratesin different ways: time-based tariff rate km, flatrate, fixedrate, etc ..
