Resistor Assistant in its core is a calculator to look upresistorcolor bands. It can convert color bands of resistors withfour,five or six color bands into their corresponding values inOhm, oryou can input an Ohm value and the app will present you withthecolor bands that represent this value. Resistor Assistanthoweveris more than just that. If you switch into "Assistant" mode,theapp behaves like popular voice assistants. By the press ofabutton, you can say a color combination and Resistor Assistantwillrespond with the Ohm value of the resistor you described. Thisisextremely helpful if you can just look at the resistor you haveathand and read out its colors. Likewise, you can say any valueinOhm, Kiloohm, etc., and it will answer with the respectivecolors.You can also input these values as text in Assistant mode,if youdon't like to use your voice. You should try it though, itreallyhelps!
