Resultado da parceria entreSEBRAE e CNI, o Observatório é um jeito fácil e rápido deacompanhar todas as novidades da Lei Geral, seus reflexos nasMicroempresas e Empresas de Pequeno Porte e os avanços da União,Estados e Municípios no aprimoramento do ambiente de negócios paraos pequenos negócios.

Para a identificação dos melhores e piores ambientes para asmicro e pequenas empresas, o aplicativo apresenta um Ranking dosEstados, onde estes são classificados de acordo com fatores queafetam os pequenos negócios.

Ao disponibilizar o Observatório da Lei Geral, o SEBRAE e a CNIbuscam uma resposta para o desafio de sistematizar e facilitar oacesso e entendimento às informações relevantes e representativasno processo de aprimoramento do ambiente de negócios das micro epequenas empresas. Além disto, o Observatório instrumentaliza asociedade civil organizada para atuar junto aos setores públicos naidentificação de ameaças e oportunidades no ambiente dos pequenosnegócios. Estes são os grandes objetivos do Observatório da LeiGeral, construído para ser uma ferramenta de mudança efortalecimento das microempresas e empresas de pequeno portebrasileiras.

The Centre of the GeneralLaw is an application that allows you to monitor, evaluate andsupport the implementation of the General Law of Micro and SmallBusinesses in the Union, states and municipalities in Brazil.Results SEBRAE partnership between CNI and the Observatory is afast and easy way to keep up with all the news from General Law,their effects on Micro and Small Enterprises and the progress ofthe Union, states and municipalities in improving the businessenvironment for small business.

To identify the best and worst environments for micro and smallenterprises, the application presents a ranking of the states,where they are sorted according to factors affecting smallbusiness.

By providing the Centre of the General Law, SEBRAE CNI and seekan answer to the challenge to organize and facilitate access torelevant information and understanding and representing the processof improving the business environment for micro and smallenterprises. Moreover, the Observatory exploits the organized civilsociety to work with the public sector in identifying threats andopportunities in the small business environment. These are themajor objectives of the General Law Centre, built to be a tool forchange and strengthening of micro and small businesses Brazil.
