(Satisfaction Kiosk is a reworked version of my FriendsandFamily Test app (FFT). The FFT app is aimed for use withinNationalHealth Service organisations in England, collectingpatientresponses to a simple question: "How likely are you torecommendour service to friends and family if they needed similarcare ortreatment?".)
