HYLITES (Hyderabad Live Train Enquiry System) is a nextgenerationtechnology initiative from South Central Railway toprovide real -time information on the current status of running ofMulti ModelTransport System (MMTS) trains over 26 MMTS stations ofHyderabadand Secunderabad for the benefit of rail users. This Appalsoprovides the actual arrival/departure timings ofexpress/passengertrains and their nominated platforms at the threemajor passengerterminals - Secunderabad, Hyderabad and Kachegudastations. Inaddition, this app contains useful information requiredby the railpassengers in general on a host of other subjects Thisapp ispackaged with a wide variety of features like 1) Live MMTSRunningStatus: This feature allows you to check the current runningstatusof MMTS trains. All you have to do is select the “From” and“To”stations, upon which a list of all the MMTS trains that are onrunin that route and their expected arrival time at theselected“From” station will be displayed. The information can beviewed inthree languages – English, Hindi or Telugu. This modulecontainsuseful info also on subjects like – a) MMTS Time Table:This allowsyou to view a detailed time schedule of MMTS Trains byselectingthe “From” and “To” stations during a selected duration.Timetablemodified from 1st September 2014. b) MMTS Route Map:Complete routemap of the MMTS Train Stations in the twin cities isshown. c) MMTSroutes: You can view the various train routes, trainsand distancesbetween the stations in each of the routes. d) MMTSfares: Thissection provides you info on MMTS Train fares based onthe routeselected. It also provides the details about the monthlypass forboth the first and second class users. e) ATVMs: Thissectionprovides info on Automatic Ticket Vending Machines (ATVMs).f)Nearest Station by Locality: This feature allows you toidentifythe nearest train station by entering the colony name. 2)LiveStatus of Express/Passenger Trains: This section displays thelivestatus of all the trains currently expected toarrive/departat/from Secunderabad, Hyderabad and Kachegudastations.
