O CitySmiles é um sistema defidelizaçãodesenvolvido pela empresa Interactive Platforms Lda quetem comoobjectivo dinamizar o comércio tradicional na Cidade doPorto.Esta aplicação permite ao utilizador (cliente final) localizaraslojas aderentes ao sistema e ganhar pontos (Smiles) ao registaromontante total de compras de produtos/serviços efectuadosnessesespaços. A Sport Smiles consiste numaaplicaçãodireccionada para o desporto, em que além da vertenteinformativa(fornecendo informação localizada acerca de entidadesonde se podepraticar desporto) alberga um sistema de fidelização(atribuição depontos designados por smiles), através do qual ocliente final podeter inúmeras vantagens tais como:- Descontos através da frequência / marcação dedeterminadosespaços (pavilhões desportivos) para praticardesporto;- Possibilidade de adquirir pontos através de um sistema deapostasdesportivas (em que o utilizador pode apostar em si próprio;seseganhar ganha uma percentagem do pagamento do aluguer em Smiles,seperder não perde nenhum ponto.)As marcações e o ganho de apostas estão sujeitas a validaçãoporparte de um operador da entidade aderente.
