Ce cours a pour ambition de faire explorerleschangements profonds associés au numérique, en sortant deslieuxcommuns, en fournissant des concepts clés des sciencessociales, entravaillant collectivement autour de challenges. Chaquedécisiontechnique d'une plate-forme, d'un gouvernement ou d'unepersonne ades conséquences politiques (mettre en place unalgorithme derecommandations, autoriser certains échanges defichiers ou non,définir ses paramètres de confidentialité, utiliserun moteur derecherche).Ce cours, dont une version en présentiel est donnée depuis 2009àSciences Po Paris, est dirigé par le professeur DominiqueBoullieret animé par des coachs-tuteurs. Il est composé deplusieurs séancescomprenant des vidéos et des challenges àréaliser en équipe.Vous pouvez découvrir librement une première séance.
