The UHG CLL Sort application isdesigned to be aresource that enables UHG employees to: learn aboutCLL, performself or employee sorts, and view results from theconvenience oftheir mobile devices. UHG CLL Sort features encompassthe followingbenefits: • Learn – Familiarize yourself with thepracticesassociated with the CLL library that aligns to your role.Eachlibrary includes high-level descriptions and specificactionablebehaviors, taking the guesswork out of what good lookslike. Youmay also explore common questions about the CLL framework.•Develop Awareness – For yourself and your employees(ifapplicable), assign each practice a rating, from highest tolowest,in order to build awareness around personal strengthsanddevelopment opportunities. • View Your Results – View or emailtheresults of your sorts so you can plan next steps andtakeappropriate action.
