Please check with your manager or companyadminto get access to the new app. • When logging in with HCMtoGOyouwill need to select the region you are using as well as theCompanyShortname (The unique Identification number yourcompanyadministrator needs to provide to you.) • After you enterthatinformation you will be prompted to enter in yourCompany,Username, and Password. If you get stuck on this yourCOMPANY ADMINcan help you out. • Companies need to be usingapproval workflowsto process To Do Items. • Supported TimesheetProfiles are BulkHours and Start/End (All Days) only. •Administrator should providetheir company’s Short Name to users forlogin. Now that you areready to join HCMtoGO here are some of theawesome things you cando within the new app to enhance your humanresource needs: • Checkand/or edit your timesheets for accuracy •Submit and view time offrequests • Check vacation/sick balances •Enroll in benefits andview existing benefits • Check your schedule• View pay stubs andmanage direct deposits. • Check your scheduleand, if enabled, swapshifts with peers Your employer must have theHCMtoGO softwareconfigured for mobile use. Key things to know as anadministrator: • Users needto have permission to access the new appvia their securityprofile. • Users need to be permissioned to haveaccess via theirUI Preferences widget within their securityprofile. • Companiesneed to be using approval workflows to processTo Do Items. •Supported Timesheet Profiles are Bulk Hours andStart/End (AllDays) only. • Administrator should provide theircompany’s ShortName to users for login. • Basic Authentication withSSO is notcurrently supported
