The solution that we offer is TransactLive - which is an internetand mobile based electronic invoice presentment and paymentsolution. The solution integrates with existing ERP / accountingsystems and makes the invoice data available to the clients'business partners (dealers / vendors) online. Through theirinterface, the partners are able to view / process other modules asdefined. The customers present invoices through web / mobile. Theseare sent to the buyers by way of an email and/or if requiredthrough a link in the SMS. The buyer can then use the link to alsomake a payment of the invoice raised. Some of the features offeredthrough the solution are as follows: Ability to create invoices onthe move: Since the invoices can be created through the web/mobileinterface, you don’t need to be at any physical place to create theinvoices Seamless processing for invoices: The invoicing systemwould be integrated with the existing ERP / Accounting software toensure that the transaction and the related information flowsseamlessly between the two system Auto reconciliation of paymentdata: For the payments being made offline through cheque / NEFT /RTGS, we have an option to upload / integrate the entries in theclients bank account based on which the system does an automatching of entries against the payments made by the clients /dealers based on rules as agreed (Typically done based on thedealer code, amount and the transaction reference number Purchaseorders: Dealers can add / send new orders through their interfaceand also upload underlying documents if any. These are available tothe team on a real time basis for further action. Integration withpayment gateway of client's choice: If there is a need to collectonline payments through a payment gateway, we can integrate withonline payment gateway of the clients’ choice or through ourpartners to enable its clients / dealers to make payment usingtheir net-banking / credit cards / debit cards.
