Orderscanbe submitted as scheduled or immediate pick up forms.Targetdelivery time and date is also entered before submission. Ifthereare special instructions for the driver or the cleaningfacility,it can be entered into the designated field in the app.Customersand pickup drivers can communicate through the app withease.Payment information is handled and processed by Stripe.MANAGER:Managers are the business owners who have the bird’s eye viewofthe whole operation from this side of the app. They candefinewhich zip codes they want to service, add employees, set uphoursof operation, add items and pricing information, see all openandclosed orders, see customer feedbacks and moreEMPLOYEE:Employees see all incoming orders and alerted as each ordercomesin. Employees accept and take accountability of picking uptheorders in a timely manner based on the mode of the pickuprequest,either scheduled or immediate pickup. They can directlycommunicatewith the customer via messaging or phone call. Employeeside isequipped with barcode scanning and wireless tag printingcapability.Every order generated is encoded to a barcode to beprinted andattached to customer items.
