PT - Question of the Day provides users withaunique daily opportunity to assess their relative masteryofessential physical therapy content throughmultiple-choicequestions. A complete explanation of both correctand incorrectoptions is offered for all questions. The app providesusers with amethod to track their individual performance over timeand tocompare their results to the relative performance of otherphysicaltherapists.PTs purchase access to the app for intervals of six monthsandhave the ability to resubscribe when their access hasexpired.Target AudienceThe app is designed for physical therapists at any level ofclinicalcompetence. For example, student physical therapists canuse the appto improve their clinical decision making as theyprogress throughtheir academic program or as a resource to preparefor the NationalPhysical Therapy Examination. Licensed physicaltherapists can usethe app as a tool to retain necessary academiccontent and to expandtheir knowledge base when working withpatients with diverse systemand multi-system involvement.FunctionalityEach day a multiple-choice question will be automaticallydownloadedto the PT's mobile device. Each question will have fourpossibleoptions with one option serving as the correct responseand theother three serving as incorrect responses.
