The App allows SMUundergraduate students to perform location specific campus orientedtasks (such as "reporting on the cleanliness of restrooms”,“verifying the availability of specific drinks in a vendingmachine” and “validating the crowdedness of study areas”) in returnfor micro rewards. SMU TA$Ker is designed to support the set ofbehavioural research and allow SMU researchers to better understandconsumer attitudes and behaviours with respect to mobilecrowdsourcing, including the types of tasks they prefer, theoverheads (in terms of travel detours) that they are willing toincur and the rewards/incentives that they prefer.

SMU Board Game - GIGAME 1.0
The Singapore Management University BoardGame-Grade Inflation (or GIGAME for short) is an electronicroll-and-movestyle board game where players roam through a virtualSMU, answeringquestions and having encounters depending on wherethey land.Players start the game in a “safe zone” where there is alockedchest, with an equivalent of a C+ grade (6700 points).Playersattempt to maneuver their way around the board, answeringquestionsand collecting points.Each correct answer yields points so that the player may enhancehisgrade.Upon reaching a B grade (7000 points), bridges will openallowingaccess to the outer area of the board. Here, the playerwillencounter slightly more challenging questions in an attempttoobtain the 4 keys to unlock the chest and end the game!In the quest for a higher score, players will be able toobtainspecial cards with powers to increase their movements,eliminatewrong answers and more!But beware, Professors will roam the board challenging playerswitheven more advanced questions!Learning Objectives· Knowledge into practice: the game encourages the players toapplytheir knowledge acquired from the class and readings byimmersingthem in a game setting· Resource Management: other than a final score, the game makesuseof the timer and items. The Eva Live application was developed by Singapore ManagementUniversity (SMU)’s School of Information Systems (SIS), LiveLabsUrban Lifestyle Innovation Platform for the SMU Students andFaculty. It provides functionality that assigns a student’s andFaculty member’s term course enrolments and builds a class list andcalendar based on the class/exam timetables. Class, General Forumsand Messaging features allow for easy communication and sharing ofideas between students and Faculty members. Class forums areautomatically setup without any need for entering any personalinformation. It also includes features like event creation, syncingphone calendars, games, quizzes that also make the application moreinteractive and fun. Planned future features include facilitiesbooking and club events.
