Naam Raamayanam is the condensed storyofBhagvaan Shri Raam and is broken down into seven kaands(Baal,Ayodhya, Aranya, Kishkinda, Sundar, Yuddh or Lanka andUttar). Itpresents the glory of Shri Ram per his divine past timesin each ofthe kaands. This condensed representation helps devoteestomeditate on the transcendental deeds of Lord Shri Raam.ReadingRaamayanam daily and meditating on the name of 'Raam' bringsaperson closer to self-realization and God and thus absolves usofall of our sins.
