Certus™ Mobile provides BCS clients with 24/7access to the critical, accurate vendor and/or tenant compliancedata they are used to seeing in the web version of Certus™ — ontheir Android device.

This real-time information allows property managers, off-siteemployees, legal staff, risk managers, etc., to quickly and easilydetermine whether a vendor or tenant is in compliance with theircontract insurance terms and conditions. Having this informationavailable anywhere and at anytime, is just another way that BCShelps organizations avoid working with unsafe, uninsured (orunderinsured) vendors.

With Certus™ Mobile, you will have a complete listing of allyour vendors and/or tenants along with their contact information, acompliance indicator (green check for compliant or red 'x' fornon-compliant), as well as a detailed view of each policy and anyadditional terms required for compliance. This level of detailallows you to see the actual reasons for non-compliance, whichempowers your organization to make timely risk managementdecisions. Additionally, your vendor/tenant contact information(email, phone number, fax, etc.) is readily available forreference, as well as their agent/broker information.
