Law specialized researchers find it difficultto access the required information from the legal and legislationbooks available in the Cultural Legal Center of the Fatwa andLegislation Department (Council of Ministers of the State ofKuwait), for several reasons, including time and place, as theCenter has limited hours and working days, and that the readerneeds to come to the center to get this information.

One of the most important reason is the availability of theresources to this information where the book could be used from onereader at a time.
" Legal Advice Digital Library " provides instant access to thedigitized information, where registered users from all over theworld will be able to access Cultural Legal Center information.Noting that it will be available on the Internet over the24/7.

This project is also provides the possibility to use the same bookat the same time by a number of users, and the user can search inthe desired content through different terms (word, phrase, author,title, name of the book, subject) in addition to the full-textsearch.
The purpose of this application is to allow law specialists andresearchers to access the books and references and selected legalliteratures by browsing and viewing the contents and pages easilyand quickly and clearly with the latest technology from anywhereand at any time through the Internet.
