This android application is an alternativetool for the citizens of Carmona in filing incident reportshappening around their vicinity.

Features include:
- Sending a photo from the incident with brief description to theconcerned Authorities.
- Records the last known location of the reporter for betterresponse time of the Authorities.
- Notify the reporter about the progress of the submittedreport.
