Civitas Quarterly (CQ) is the biyearly onlinemagazine of Foundation University, which is located in DumagueteCity, the Philippines. This app allows users to access CQ issuesonline and download them for offline reading.

The term Civitas is a Latin word signifying a form of citizenshipin which its constituents share a common responsibility and arebonded by a sense of purpose.

It is in this spirit that the magazine presents news stories,feature stories and updates for ongoing and future projectsinvolving the FU community, which includes the students, faculty,staff and Alumni of the University.
