The mobile functionality allows Managers to authorize variousEmployee requests, view handy dashboard information such asEmployee Headcount, Staff Mix, Length of Service, Age comparisoninformation and view all Employee leave dates through the handyPSIber leave calendar. This online facility prevents misplacing ofHR forms, requires less manual intervention and offers much quickerturnaround time, thus enabling a more efficient and realtimecommunication process between Managers and Employees.
