Place a UCCW widget (5x1) on the homescreen.
Select from the skin list.
Enable degree symbol (Settings -> Weather Settings -> Degreesymbol)
To enable hotspots: Menu -> Lock widgets (Hotspot mode)
Resize it anyway you want to best suit your screen.
