Take the guesswork out of your daily training paces! Simply plug inyour goal time and it will calculate your training paces based onthe tried and tested Hansons Marathon Method. Get personalizedpaces for easy days, long runs, speed workouts, strength workouts,and marathon tempo runs.

Marathon Fueling Calculator.
Our pride and joy. Calculate the amount of gels/chews/gatorades youneed to take in during your race. Plug in your info and get aspecific range of how many calories from carbohydrates you aregoing to need to take in for a half or a full marathon. By doingthis, you can plan appropriately and avoid that dreaded “bonk!”

The Race Equivalency Chart
Find out what one race performance equates to for another distance.Just ran a half marathon PR and want to know what that equates toin the marathon? This is your tool.
