The CroDolphin databaseis a system for registration of all dolphin sightings in theAdriatic, as this data is important for monitoring and protectionof these species. The database is owned by the Faculty ofVeterinary Medicine University of Zagreb, and if you would like touse this data, you need written permission from the administrator(tomislav.gomercic@vef.hr). Since 1995, all marine mammal speciesare strictly protected by the Croatian law, which means IT ISFORBIDEN TO DISTURB OR KILL these animals or devastate theirhabitat. HOW TO BEHAVE IF YOU SEE DOLPHINS Dolphins are wildanimals.
