The JM Autism Foundation BehaviorSupportProgram is designed to provide guidance for parents inworking withtheir children who have Autism.Materials have been obtained from actual assessments usingtheVB-MAPP©, functional assessments and behavior support planscreatedby therapists and used by the JM Autism Foundation.This information contained in this app is to be used forbasicparent guidance only, not for therapeutic purposes.The designer is a parent of a child with Autism andreceivesBehavior Supports such as ABA Therapy, but could not find aguideto help the family deal with many every day situations athome.This app will assist you with potty training, interactiveplayactivities, and provide you with creative ways to engageyourchild. It is designed to tell you "what to do and what not todo".It will also provide you with some preventive strategiesforvarious situations.Feel free to contact the designer to ask for a personalizedappfor your child based on his/her official assessment.Protocol in each category was derived from actualbehaviortherapy programming for children with Autism and providedas acourtesy from the parents.ABA Therapy (Applied Behavior Analysis) is the most commonformof behavior therapy.
