The Cadillac Technician MobileApplication allows Cadillac Technicians to receive and manageRoadside Assistance service requests right on their phone. All thedetails needed to service the customer are displayed on the phoneincluding: -Vehicle Make, Model, Year and VIN -Customer Name-Customer Phone Number -Service Requested (Tire Change, Fueldelivery, etc.) -Disablement Location Simple, one touch access tocall the customer, get turn-by-turn directions, or update thestatus of the job.
