Even a whole hour doing abs does not equal thebenefits of a10 minutes workout like the one routine I’m showingyou now.
How to do this training?
Perform the following training three times per week. Make sureyounever perform these exercises one day after another.
Complete the exercises as a defined series and perform all setsofan exercise before moving on to the next. Make sure you takethenecessary rest before you do the next exercise.
Circuit: Do one set of each exercise in a groupconsecutively,without breaks between each other. When you completetheseexercises, repeat the circuit again making a set of eachexercisewithout breaks between them. Continue to make the totalnumber ofsets recommended.
Strength: Complete all sets of an exercise at the same timewithoutbreaks between them. Then move to the next exercise.
Superset: Two consecutive movements (such as a circuit)withoutbreaks between them.
